Ziplines
Adventure bookings with waivers, weight limits and staff rostering built in.
Zipline, canopy and high-ropes operators take bookings with the safety paperwork attached: digital waivers signed at checkout, weight and age validation before payment, and guide rosters assigned per departure.
In short
Zipline and adventure booking software collects the safety paperwork with the payment: digital waivers signed at checkout, weight, height and age rules validated before the booking is accepted, and guides rostered per time slot. Fare Tours also handles weather holds, offering every affected guest an automatic rebooking. Nobody arrives who should not have been sold a ticket.
- Digital waivers signed at checkout, stored per guest
- Weight, height and age rules enforced before payment
- Guide and equipment rostering per time slot
- Weather holds with automatic rebooking offers
How do waivers work?
Each participant signs a waiver as part of checkout, and a parent or guardian signs for minors. Signed waivers are stored against the booking with a timestamp and are retrievable years later if you ever need them, which is the point of collecting them.
Guests who booked through a reseller receive a waiver link before arrival, so your check-in desk is not printing forms at nine in the morning.
How are safety limits enforced?
Weight, height and age limits are attached to each course and validated during booking, before payment. A guest outside the limits is told at the point of sale rather than at the platform, which protects both your safety record and your refund rate.
How are guides and slots managed?
Each time slot has a participant capacity, a guide requirement and an equipment requirement. As slots fill, the roster shows how many guides and harness sets are committed for the day, so you can open extra capacity only when you can staff it.
When wind or storms force a hold, the affected slots are closed in one action and every guest receives a rebooking offer or refund. Rebooked guests keep their signed waivers, so they walk straight to the briefing when they return.
