Corporate Travel

Policy, approvals and duty of care under your brand.

Run managed travel programmes for your corporate clients with company profiles, cost centres, approval chains and consolidated invoicing — all presented in your own identity, not a vendor's.

In short

Corporate travel software adds policy, approvals and duty of care to ordinary business bookings. Fare Tours lets an agency run managed programmes for its corporate clients with company profiles, cost centres, approval chains and consolidated invoicing, all presented under the agency's own brand. Travellers book self-service inside policy; anything out of policy routes to an approver before it is ticketed.

  • Company profiles with travel policy and approval flows
  • Cost centre reporting and consolidated monthly invoicing
  • Traveller tracking and itinerary distribution
  • Negotiated corporate fares alongside public content

How does a travel policy get enforced?

Each corporate client has a written policy translated into rules: cabin class by flight duration, nightly hotel caps by city, advance-purchase windows, preferred suppliers and permitted fare types. The rules are checked at search time, so out-of-policy options are flagged before the traveller falls in love with them.

When a traveller chooses an out-of-policy option, the booking is held and an approval request goes to the named approver by email and WhatsApp with the reason and the price difference. Approvals and rejections are logged against the booking, which is what auditors ask for.

What does duty of care look like in practice?

Every itinerary is stored per traveller and per company, so a travel manager can answer 'who is in Bangkok this week' in seconds. Itinerary changes, delays and cancellations trigger notifications to the traveller and the programme owner, and shared trip links let a colleague follow a journey without a login.

How is corporate billing handled?

Bookings post to cost centres, projects or departments as they happen. At month end the platform produces one consolidated invoice per company with a line-by-line statement, plus savings reporting against policy caps and negotiated fares. Clients on account do not need to pay card by card, which is usually the reason they moved from consumer sites in the first place.
