DMCs
Serve inbound partners with a portal that looks like yours.
Destination management companies use Fare Tours to give overseas partners a branded B2B portal — live rates, instant confirmations, credit limits and settlement statements without email ping-pong.
In short
A DMC portal is a branded B2B booking site where overseas partners see your contracted rates, book instantly and settle on account. Fare Tours gives destination management companies partner logins, credit limits, seasonal rate loading, ground operations and settlement statements in one system. Partners stop emailing availability requests because they can check and confirm themselves.
- B2B partner logins with credit limits and wallets
- Contracted rate loading with seasonal pricing
- Ground operations, transfers and guide scheduling
- Settlement statements and partner-level reporting
Why do DMCs need a partner portal?
Most DMC volume still moves by email: a request comes in, a reservations agent checks a spreadsheet, quotes, waits, re-quotes. Every step is a delay your competitor may not have. A partner portal turns the same enquiry into a self-service booking that confirms while the partner's own client is still on the phone.
Because rates are loaded per partner and per season, each agency sees exactly what it is contracted to see — no shared price lists, no accidental disclosure of another partner's terms.
How is credit and settlement managed?
Each partner has a credit limit or a prepaid wallet. Bookings draw against the balance and stop when the limit is reached, which protects you from exposure without a manual check. Statements list every booking, amendment and credit note for the period and can be issued in the partner's currency.
What about ground operations?
Transfers, guides, vehicles and excursions are scheduled from the same bookings, so operations sees arrivals by day with flight numbers, pick-up times and passenger counts. Suppliers receive vouchers with only the information they need, and changes push through to the day sheet rather than a WhatsApp thread.
Reporting runs per partner, per market and per product, so you can see which source markets are growing and which contracted rates are underperforming before renewal season.
