API Partners

Distribute your inventory through our platform, or ours through yours.

Consolidators, aggregators and technology partners can plug supply into Fare Tours or consume our booking APIs to power their own front ends, apps and kiosks.

In short

Fare Tours works in both directions for API partners: suppliers can push inventory into the platform, and distributors can consume booking APIs to power their own websites, apps or kiosks. The API covers search, quote, book, cancel and retrieve, with webhooks for booking, payment and cancellation events. Sandbox credentials and reference implementations are provided before any commercial commitment.

  • REST booking APIs for search, quote, book and cancel
  • Webhooks for booking, payment and cancellation events
  • Sandbox credentials and reference implementations
  • Revenue share for supply partners and resellers

What can I do with the booking API?

The REST API exposes the same operations the platform's own front end uses: search availability, price a specific option, create a booking with passenger details, retrieve it, and cancel it under the applicable rules. Responses are consistent across product types, so a single integration can sell tours, transfers and hotels without special-casing each one.

Webhooks push state changes to your endpoint — confirmation, ticketing, payment received, amendment, cancellation — so your system never has to poll for what changed overnight.

How do supply partners connect inventory?

Suppliers and consolidators can map product, availability and pricing into the platform and reach every agency running on it. Mapping is done once and maintained centrally, so a new agency selling your product needs no work from you. Revenue share terms are agreed per partner.

How does testing and go-live work?

You receive sandbox credentials and a reference implementation covering the full booking lifecycle, including failure cases such as price change on confirmation and supplier timeout. Certification is a short checklist rather than a long committee: complete the lifecycle in sandbox, agree the commercial terms, and production keys are issued against your allow-listed endpoints.
