Farms

Farm tours, pick-your-own, tastings and seasonal events on one calendar.

Farms and agritourism venues sell seasonal experiences — pumpkin patches, tastings, workshops and stays — with capacity per session and add-ons at the gate. Off-season, the same calendar handles venue hire and school visits.

In short

Farm and agritourism booking software sells seasonal experiences — pumpkin patches, pick-your-own, tastings, workshops and farm stays — with capacity per session and add-ons at the gate. Fare Tours opens and closes products by date, so a season ends without anybody having to unpublish a page. Out of season, the same calendar handles school visits and venue hire.

  • Seasonal products with open and close dates
  • Session capacity for tastings, workshops and tours
  • Gate add-ons, vouchers and gift experiences
  • School visits and venue hire with deposit invoicing

How does seasonal selling work?

Every product has open and close dates. A pumpkin patch appears in September and disappears in November without a manual edit, and next year it returns with last year's settings. Sessions within the season carry their own capacity and price, so a wet Tuesday can be priced differently from a half-term Saturday.

Live capacity per session is what keeps a farm safe and pleasant: car parking, tractor rides and tasting benches all have limits, and selling past them is where visitor complaints come from.

Can I sell add-ons and gift experiences?

Yes. Wagon rides, feed bags, hampers, tastings and craft kits attach to a booking online or are sold at the gate on a tablet. Gift vouchers can be bought for a value or a specific experience and redeemed against any available session.

What about schools and venue hire?

School visits are quoted with pupil and adult counts, invoiced on account and confirmed with a risk-assessment pack attached to the booking. Venue hire for weddings, camps or corporate days blocks the space for its window, takes a deposit, and schedules the balance automatically.

Everything reports together, so you can see what each season, each product and each add-on earned rather than reconstructing it from card takings in January.
