How is vessel capacity managed?
Capacity is set per vessel and per sailing, including berths, deck limits and cabin classes where relevant. Passenger-type rules apply too, so infants can be counted differently from adults if your certificate allows it. When a sailing sells out, it closes across the website, the desk and every reseller at once.
Swapping a sailing to a different vessel moves the capacity with it and warns you if the new vessel cannot carry the passengers already booked.
Can I sell private charters alongside shared trips?
Yes. A private charter blocks the vessel for its window on the same calendar, so a shared sunset sailing cannot be sold on top of it. Charters price by duration and group size, with catering, crew and extras as add-ons.
What happens when weather cancels a sailing?
Cancel the sailing once and every passenger on it is notified with a choice of refund or rebook onto an alternative departure. Refunds process against the original payments and rebookings move the manifest across without re-entering anybody. This is the single biggest time saving for operators who lose ten to twenty sailings a season to weather.
For compliance, each sailing produces a manifest with names, passenger counts and emergency contacts, available on mobile before departure and archived afterwards.
